Established 1980
Ben Maitland of Tackle Africa
who came up to collect our kit
which we donated has just
returned from Africa and kindly
gave us these pictures and wrote
this little report.

"We were able to donate all of
the football kits, and were also
able to use the anoraks and track
suits as prizes in HIV awareness
quizzes and other activities used
to promoting a greater
understanding of the disease in
schools and colleges across the
continent."

"During the course of the
project, we spoke to more than
50,000 people about the dangers
of HIV, and played in well over 40
games of football against a
variety of local teams. This was a
huge success and we could not
have achieved it without the
support and generosity of
organisations such as Humbledon
& Plains Farm Youth Football
Club."

"I hope this gives you a flavour of
how your support has helped us
over the past year."

Humbledon & Plains Farm Youth
Football Club would like to thank
Ben for his pictures and his
report and wish him luck for the
future.
